Ali Spencer
A certified Athletic Trainer, has dedicated her career to the art and science of sports performance. Her passion lies in movement, alignment, and the utilization of core muscles to unlock athletic potential. Ali's extensive experience, spanning over a decade, has seen her work with a diverse range of athletes, from young aspiring sports enthusiasts to elite Olympic competitors.
Currently, Ali is channeling her expertise and passion into her role as a full-time ski coach. However, her background in athletic training allows her to bring a unique perspective to her coaching, focusing not just on skill development but also on injury prevention, biomechanics, and overall athletic well-being.
Ali's holistic approach to coaching, combined with her deep understanding of the body's movement patterns and the importance of core strength, empowers her athletes to achieve significant athletic growth and reach their peak performance.Ali is an outdoor enthusiast that you can find on a mountain bike, on the ski slopes, or out on a hike up Millcreek canyon.
Paige Klibanoff
A fitness instructor specializing in Lagree and Versa climbing. With a background in gymnastics and dance, and a degree in dance, Paige combines her love for movement with advanced knowledge in anatomy and physiology. She’s known for her approachable nature and expertise in form, alignment, and injury modifications.

After struggling with her own relationship to fitness and her body in her late teens and 20s, Paige transformed her health and fitness journey. Her personal experience fuels her mission to help others reconnect with their bodies. While working as a hairstylist, Paige reignited her fitness passion, eventually making it her full-time career.

As a Certified EMS Trainer with an advanced EMS license, Paige’s observational skills help clients better understand their bodies and improve their relationship with fitness. As the owner and cofounder of EMS SLC, Paige believes fitness should fit into your life, not dominate it.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, cutting out toxic foods and chemicals, and walking with her three dogs.
